Shaking Things Up for Starbucks

Dozens of examples of top-tier retail and product PR are found in our 8-year relationship with Starbucks. We worked to craft creative product PR launch strategies that stand out from the crowd, offering visual and media-worthy twists by tying new products to popular trends and occasions, all under the Starbucks brand ‘umbrella.’

To kick off the launch of the new line of Starbucks summer beverages, we created themed special events around a “summer samba craze.” Against a backdrop of colorful samba dancers and a professional sand sculpture artist, midtown pedestrians sampled the latest beverages and enjoyed a mid-day entertainment break. In addition to local broadcast and daily print coverage, we invited personalities from CBS’s “The Early Show” to be the first in America to try the beverages on-air the morning of the launch.
